Robert Pattinson Interview from Moviefone

Here are some of my favorite and most interesting parts in the interview :P

2. I read that you were really nervous about filming the nude scenes and the explicit scenes, how did you prepare yourself for those?

[Laughs] I had so many ridiculous answers just come into my head [more laughs]. I had a penis implant! I don't know, I just kind of, it's funny because Spanish people are so ... have no problem with nudity at all, I mean at all, and English people obviously do have, like, the most enormous problem with it. It's like little things, like when I saw my father getting changed for swimming I got, like, traumatized by it ... I don't really know what I did, I just kind of freaked out a bit. [Laughs]

10. What has been your craziest fan experience?

There was one quite weird thing, I was in a Blockbuster the other day, and I hadn't realized it was the day the ['Twilight'] DVD was coming out, and there were these two -- no one recognized me in that place -- and there were these two 8-year-old girls who turned up with their parents. They were picking up their preordered DVDs, and they were just shaking and crying just because they got their DVD. I thought that was pretty incredible, I hadn't seen anything like that before ... I mean, I have when it's in person, when it's meeting me. But just to pick up a DVD, that was kind of crazy.

9. How are you handling the massive, instant fame and the craziness?

It's quite stressful in a way, but it's only when you're by yourself. When I have my friends around it doesn't make any difference. I just spend a lot of time by myself, and I used to walk around the block by myself in various different cities, and I don't know, you start to feel a bit vulnerable, I guess. [Laughs] Well, not vulnerable, I don't know ... for paranoid people it does allow your imagination to run rampant, so it's a little strange. You end up going out a lot less [laughs]. But I guess it's so early now I'm really still thinking about it in terms of getting good jobs and stuff, so I haven't really had a chance to be objective about my life, because every single day there's something new happening in my life. In my eyes, everything just seems ridiculous, like every single day it's like you're walking on the street, and then suddenly you step on something and it just starts moving really, really fast, and you're not entirely sure what direction it's going in, but you can feel the force of it. That's about it.

11. What was your take on the whole Jacob casting drama? When it was possible that Taylor Lautner wasn't going to get the part.

It was weird. When I came back, I hadn't seen him in ages, hadn't seen him since the summer and when I saw him, I saw him just before he got casted, and he put on like 100 pounds! I was like "Jesus Christ! If he doesn't get it, it's ridiculous." But what are you going to do? There was a video of him on set the other day doing all these kind of fight stunts. That kid is incredible; he is one of the most stunning athletes I've ever seen in my life. I don't know, I think it'll be interesting. I haven't seen any of his stuff yet, but everyone's going a little bit crazy over him.

12. How's the energy on 'New Moon' compared to 'Twilight,' because for 'Twilight' no one was sure if it was going to do well and now, obviously ...

Yeah, it's scary. It's a very, very different experience. Last time we were just kind of ... it was so easy to get the entire cast together. We'd all have dinner almost every day and be able to talk about it freely and stuff. Now it's quite difficult to even leave the hotel. And all these random little stories become someway, somehow newsworthy, so you have to be very secretive about everything. Even if you want to just clarify something in the script or something. It's just strange. It's just very different ... It's very strange when you're aware of being observed, I guess.

14. Would you do full-frontal nudity like Daniel Radcliffe did?

I think it would depend on what it is. Yeah, it really does depend on what it is. And I don't think a lot of people would really want to see that. I think it would ruin the illusion. [Laughs]

4 different directors for 4 Twilight Saga movies

David Slade, the director of Eclipse, will not be directing Breaking Dawn. He will be direction a psychological horror called Cold Skin.

"According to Variety, Slade will direct the "Antarctic island-set horror/psychological thriller" Cold Skin, adapting author Albert Sanchez Pinol's Spanish bestseller of the same title. 28 Weeks Later co-writer Jesus Olmo is scripting.

"'David was always our first choice for Cold Skin because he knows how to handle the psychological horror, and he's CG savvy as well," says Denise O'Dell, who's producing the film for the Spanish and French-based company Kanzaman."-Fearnet see the whole article HERE

Well, at least we know the special effects on this one, along with New Moon, will be better than Twilight, because it says "he's CG savvy as well". Thats good. I wonder who will direct Breaking Dawn.

New Feature to be added to Bitten by Twilight!

I am adding a new feature to Bitten By Twilight! I don't know what I will call it yet, but it will be different Twilight crafts, projects, party ideas, and things like that. So stay tuned for that!

Rob Pattinson Leaving New Moon Set

RobPattz News has some pictures of Rob Pattinson leaving the set of Bella's house early this morning.

"As Robert Pattinson drove up to the set of New Moon he was talking on his iPhone. There were approximately 10 girls waiting at the entrance. The SUV he was riding in slowed down and Rob rolled down his window. First thing he said is "What are you all doing here" "Don't you have school tomorrow?' "-RobPattzNews

Apparently Rob got to the set around 5:30 and I got there at 5:50!!! I stayed there until around 9:15ish, I would've gladly stayed longer though :)

Channing Tatum in New Moon?

Celebuzz has an article where Melissa Rosenberg says she would like to see Channing Tatum play Riley, Victoria's newborn vampire sidekick.

"Is Channing Tatum ready to Step Up to the Twilight franchise?

E! Online reports that Twilight and New Moon screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg is pulling for the Stop Loss actor to fill the role of vampire Riley in the upcoming sequel Eclipse, the script for which Rosenberg is currently penning.
'There's a very big battle at the end with Riley, and I think Channing would do that so well," Rosenberg offers. "There are some complexities to that character. [Riley] really is tragic. He’s a puppet for Victoria. So he has to break your heart a little bit at the end when he realizes that she doesn’t want him. Channing could do that beautifully.' "

Melissa also reveals some information about New Moon and how much we will see Edward.

" 'In the book, he's actually an enormous presence in [Bella’s] mind,” Rosenberg reassures. "He's so present in her mind throughout the entire center of the book, so we really played off that, and it kept him alive in a slightly different way, but fans will feel it's true to the book. You can’t have a Twilight without Rob Pattinson.' "

Fanmade New Moon Poster

I have another New Moon Poster...made by me. Haha, I feel like a loser having only my posters to post but oh well. I'm posting it, I'm addicted to making things like this now that I found out how to do it. :)

Today's Twilight Gross Gossip

Taylor Lautner dating Selena Gomez. I have one word for that. EW! Ugh. I hate her so much...

If I ever meet/see her, Ima slapp her. Here are some vomit-worthy pictures of Selena and Taylor out on a date. I swear, if they start calling them TayLena or Saylor or something I am going to throw up. :)

I must say Taylor is looking like a BABE. He's too good for that ....

Spotted: 2 copies of Bella's truck and other cars.

Twilight Gossip has a video and pictures of 2 copies of Bella's truck, Charlies Cruiser, some dirtbikes and another covered car outside where they are fiming Bella's house. The covered car looks like it could be Carlisle's Mercedes-Benz. Why would they need 2 of Bella's truck though, thats what I don't understand...

David Slade to direct Eclipse!

Summit has officially announced that David Slade will be directing Eclipse! He has previously directed 30 Days of Night and Hard Candy.

Here is the announcement by Summit:

Los Angeles, CA April 22, 2009 — Summit Entertainment announced today that David Slade has been hired to direct THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE from a screenplay written by Melissa Rosenberg. THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE, the third film in the studio's TWILIGHT film franchise based on the Stephenie Meyer's blockbuster book series, will be released theatrically in North America on Wednesday, June 30, 2010. The announcement was made by Erik Feig, Summit's President of Production.

Meyer stated, "I am thrilled that David Slade will be directing ECLIPSE. He's a visionary filmmaker who has so much to offer this franchise. From the beginning, we've been blessed with wonderful directorial talent for the Twilight Saga, and I'm so happy that ECLIPSE will be carrying on with that tradition."

Feig said, "Stephenie Meyer's ECLIPSE is a muscular, rich, vivid book and we at Summit looked long and hard for a director who could do it justice. We believe we have found that talent in David Slade, a director who has been able to create complex, visually arresting worlds. We cannot wait to see the ECLIPSE he brings to life and brings to the fans eagerly awaiting its arrival in summer of 2010."

Filmmaker Slade came to prominence as a director for his work on 2006's engrossing film HARD CANDY starring Academy Award® Nominated actress Ellen Page as well as directing 2007's genre hit 30 DAYS OF NIGHT which opened to number one at the box office its first weekend of release.

In ECLIPSE, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob — knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella is confronted with the most important decision of her life.

Take your first look at the Wolf Pack

I seriously fell off my couch when I saw this. USA Today had this amazing picture along with an amazing article. This is what it says:

"Step aside, aloof vampires with all your undead issues. The wolf pack is ready to howl.

Unlike cold-blooded neck biters, these poster guys for animal magnetism are hot. So hot that their temperature runs a steady 108 degrees, as anyone who has read Stephenie Meyer's series of gothic romances knows.

MEET THE WOLF PACK: Birth and brawn combined
That gives them a great excuse to doff their shirts on-screen and expose the physiques they've been pumping up for playing werewolves in The Twilight Saga:New Moon, the sequel to last year's supernatural sensation, due Nov. 20.

Four actors — Chaske Spencer, Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon and Bronson Pelletier, all with Native American heritage — join Taylor Lautner, 17, who returns as a hairier, scarier Jacob Black. The plotline finds Jacob growing closer to a distraught Bella (Kristen Stewart) after her vampire beau, Edward, runs off." See the article HERE

Stephenie Meyer updates her site, Clears the air about rumors.

Today Stephenie Meyer updated her website, apologizing for not updating sooner about the Save the Book Babe event. She also cleared up the whole thing about how she was being sued. Here is what she said:

"I am not being sued. No one has contacted me or my publisher to inform either of us that I'm being sued. I never had a roommate named Heidi. There is no professor in the BYU English department named Dr. Peter Benton (though there is a character on ER by that name). And most of all, I began writing Twilight exactly the way I've told people in countless interviews and events for the past six years: I had a cool dream, I wrote it down, writing it down was really fun, so I kept writing until I had a whole book.

The sad thing about this silly situation is that so many legitimate news outlets reported it without doing any research at all to determine if there was any truth to the story. And at least two of these facts are really, really easy to confirm. Particularly, the one about the BYU professor. A simple on-line search can give you that information. Also, a quick call to my publisher would have cleared up the whole lawsuit story. (Kudos to the fansites who did their due diligence and debunked this rumor days ago.)

I guess the moral of the story is that—big surprise—you can't believe everything you read on the internet. Seems like it's April Fool's Day every day on-line. So no worries, the filming of New Moon continues uninterrupted. And, to end this on a bright note, the filming of New Moon continues to be awesome. It's all so beautiful! Chris Weitz is brilliant. Kristen, Rob, and Taylor are beyond words. I have gotten choked up more than once on set due to their amazing performances. I can't wait to see it all put together!" -Stephenie Meyer, read the whole post HERE

RPatts out and about in Vancouver

Robert Pattinson was spotted out in Vancouver drinking his Starbucks and talking on his iPhone. He was apparently waiting to shoot the water scene where Bella is in the water and sees Edwards face and then gets pulled out. Here are some pictures

Breaking Dawn in the works?

Now, many people have been wondering if Breaking Dawn will be made into a movie. Many people doubted it because Renesmee would be hard to cast, etc. The Wrap has an article about it. This is what it says:

"The fourth and final film in the “Twilight” teen vampire series is in the works, TheWrap has learned.

With the sequel to the blockbuster hit “New Moon” now filming in Vancouver and its sequel, “Eclipse,” already deep in the planning stages, an individual close to the production has told TheWrap that work on the fourth and final in the series, “Breaking Dawn,” will start in late spring 2010.

Summit Entertainment spokesman Paul Pflug declined to confirm or deny the report, saying only, “Summit has no comment on that rumor at this time.”

The planning for “Twilight” IV means that the blockbuster series based on Stephenie Meyer’s popular vampire drama has come to dominate the production schedule of Summit Entertainment.

It also means that the obsessive fan base of the movies can expect to revel in no fewer than three full-length “Twilight Saga” films — going from November of this year through the end of 2010.

But a Summit executive who declined to be identified said that there was no production schedule for “Breaking Dawn,” and no current plans to shoot in Vancouver.

“New Moon” is scheduled for release on Nov. 20, while “Eclipse” has a tentative release date of June 2010. A fourth in the series would logically be scheduled for release before the end of next year. " Read the rest of the article HERE

New Moon/PETA photo shoot
I am finished filming New Moon. It was great to see everyone again!Chris Weitz was great! I can't believe that I have been so fortunate to have worked with such talented people in such a short time. Stephenie, Catherine, Chris and more. I am so grateful! This time around I felt more comfortable letting the team know that when I was dressed as Angela, I and Angela would prefer to be dressed animal cruelty free and they obliged. They were awesome! I'm so thankful that they went out of there way to find items that did not have animal products in them. It was touching.

Today I did a shoot for PETA to help provent the slaughter/murder of seals. Wearing fur is NOT sexy or cool. Taking a stance and being your own person is the coolest/sexiest thing you can do. I think fur belongs on the animal, your pet. Take notice. Take part. Don't allow the slaughter.

I love you all,

love the seals,

Christian Serratos"

Taylor Lautner Working out on set.

Taylor Lautner is very dedicated to working out and getting buff to keep his place as Jacob Black in New Moon. I wish I had his dedication to working out... Lainey Gossip has pictures of Taylor Lautner working out on set from the back of an SUV. Too bad its not hot enough for him to take his shirt off -sigh-.

Pictures from Lainey Gossip. Here is what she has to say:

"These just in!

Taken a few hours ago - Taylor Lautner on set working out, pumping up those muscles before the cameras started rolling.

I'm on my blackberry right now so I can't see every photo clearly but those look like bicep curls, triceps, standing rows, flies too. Those bands - those are super bands. Hayley makes me do core rotations with those bands combined with an oblique dip on a bench. Killer.

Anyway, by all accounts Taylor has been working out vigorously to become wolf-worthy as he'll be featured topless in several scenes." See the rest of the pictures HERE
