Taylor Lautner fans should certainly pick up more than a few copies (Those arms! That smoldering stare! Remember, he's only 17!). As for Team Edward...well, at least the image proves that the moon is not, in fact, made of green cheese.

I think the cover is gorgeous. I think that the picture shows the relationship between Jacob and Bella really well because it kinda seems like she's trying to draw those lines by trying but not really trying to push him away.

New Moon Trailer in theatres before "The Proposal"

According to a reader, she went and saw the sneak peak of Sandra Bullock's new movie The Proposal. Here is what the fan had to say:

"I just thought I’d let you know, because there has been a lot of speculation as to when they would start putting out the trailer for New Moon…I SAW IT TONIGHT AT THE THEATRE. It was AWESOME! I went to see the sneak peak of The Proposal (which by the way is a hilarious movie, go see it) and it was the first movie trailer. I about freaked when they showed the shoreline, I knew exactly what it was! It was the same as the “sneak” we saw during the MTV Movie Awards, but seriously it was 100% better to see it in the theatre. "

I am definitely hoping that is true. I will definitely going to the movies to see it. And the posters are also showing up in theatres also, like the picture above.

Coldplay on New Moon Soundtrack?

If your a fan of Coldplay and visit their website you are probably familiar with the section where "The Oracle" answers fans questions. Well one fan asked if it was true that Coldplay would be on the new moon soundtrack and this is what it said:

"Q. Dear all-knowing Oracle
I heard a rumor that The Scientist by Coldplay (obviously) was going to be on the New Moon soundtrack. Is this true?

A. It’s very likely that a Coldplay song will end up on the soundtrack to the Twilight sequel given that Stephenie Meyer has credited Coldplay, amongst others, on the inner sleeve for “being instrumental in staving off the writer’s block”.

What would you think of Coldplay being on the New Moon Sountrack? Good or Bad?

Twilight Birthday Cake.

For my birthday my mom and I designed and created a Twilight-Themed birthday cake.

She made the cake part (ice cream, it was REALLY hard to decorate because it kept melting) and put on the fondant, we both made the flower petals and they are hand painted by me :)

Happy 6th Anniversary Twilight!

Today, June 2nd, it has been 6 years since the day Stephenie Meyer began writing Twilight.

On her website, on the Twilight page, Stephenie writes:

" I know the exact date that I began writing Twilight, because it was also the first day of swim lessons for my kids. So I can say with certainty that it all started on June 2, 2003. Up to this point, I had not written anything besides a few chapters (of other stories) that I never got very far on, and nothing at all since the birth of my first son, six years earlier.

I woke up (on that June 2nd) from a very vivid dream. In my dream, two people were having an intense conversation in a meadow in the woods. One of these people was just your average girl. The other person was fantastically beautiful, sparkly, and a vampire. They were discussing the difficulties inherent in the facts that A) they were falling in love with each other while B) the vampire was particularly attracted to the scent of her blood, and was having a difficult time restraining himself from killing her immediately. For what is essentially a transcript of my dream, please see Chapter 13 ('Confessions') of the book.

Though I had a million things to do (i.e. making breakfast for hungry children, dressing and changing the diapers of said children, finding the swimsuits that no one ever puts away in the right place, etc.), I stayed in bed, thinking about the dream. I was so intrigued by the nameless couple's story that I hated the idea of forgetting it; it was the kind of dream that makes you want to call your friend and bore her with a detailed description. (Also, the vampire was just so darned good-looking, that I didn't want to lose the mental image.) Unwillingly, I eventually got up and did the immediate necessities, and then put everything that I possibly could on the back burner and sat down at the computer to write—something I hadn't done in so long that I wondered why I was bothering. But I didn't want to lose the dream, so I typed out as much as I could remember, calling the characters 'he' and 'she.' "

What would life be like for all the Twilighters if Stephenie Meyer didn't have that book? Or though nothing of that dream and didn't make a book out of it?
